Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$55,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Maintain financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries and prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns and trial balance of books, reconcile accounts
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows and MS Word
  • Able to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexible and reliable with excellent time management skills
