Accounting practice in Nepean seeking an experienced **Administrative Assistant**. We are seeking an individual who is extremely dedicated and reliable, with a hands-on approach. You will work closely with all members of our team; primary tasks will be providing administrative support

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining accurate and tidy files for returning to client
- Finalizing personal tax returns and corporate year-ends.
- Maintaining CRM files.
- Preparing corporate year-end engagement letters and packages and sending same to clients
- Client files setup as part of the onboarding process.
- Filing and couriering of clients documents.

Qualifications:

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Quickbooks knowledge would be desirable.
- Ability to effectively plan, organize, and control workload.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple assignments, with a high degree of autonomy over work.
- Initiative, willingness, and ability to accept responsibility.
- Aptitude for dealing with clients and other staff member in a respectful manner.
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken, as there will be interaction with management, staff, and clients.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22.50 per week

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
