Accounting Clerk/administrative Assistant

We are currently looking to fill a full time accounting clerk / administrative position.

Bilingual would be preferred, but not necessary.

Flexible hours.

Some duties would include as followed:
Making POs, Inputting Purchase Invoices.
Making invoices, quotes, packing slips and FedEx Labels.
Managing A/R and A/P.
Reconciling Bank Accounts, Credit Card Statements.

Some light cold calling.
Reaching out to new potential clients.
Any other tasks as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
