**Office Manager**

Doro Inc is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. The company’s products are used in the production lines of car manufacturers worldwide.

The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Doro Inc manufacturing team in Nepean, ON. The Office Manager will also be responsible for the administration of the company’s office and general office management. This position will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing Operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the manufacturing team in Nepean, ON.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Manufacturing Operations.
- Manage and maintain all office supplies, including but not limited to; envelopes, forms, labels, business cards, etc.
- Organize and maintain filing system, including electronic filing system.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining records, including but not limited to; insurance information, employee records, etc.
- Prepare reports for internal and external use as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education & Experience**:

- High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience required. College degree preferred. Previous accounting experience preferred.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
