We are looking for a dynamic individual to be a part of our team for the position **Business Development, Communications & Marketing Specialist - working in our Corporate Office in Dartmouth.**

**Intouch Marketing - Reporting to the Program Manager, Northwood Intouch**:
**Qualifications**:

- Three to five years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Health Promotion
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare or a related field
- Comfortable making cold calls and in person visits to internal and external stakeholders
- Medical background or experience working with medical devices and or considered an assett
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Access database.
- A driver's license and access to a vehicle is mandatory for this position

**Responsibility/Tasks**:

- Responsible for marketing and promotion of the Program; works with community groups, sector partners, and stakeholders to identify, promote and develop partnership opportunities and raise awareness for the Intouch program and services
- Works Collaboratively with the Intouch Team to establish an annual marketing plan and goals
- Works with the Communications team to develop promotional material and strategies
- Plans, maintains and evaluates marketing plan
- Collaborates in the development of departmental policies and procedures
- Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental goals
- Researches, conducts environmental scans, and identifies trends that impact the delivery of programs and services
- Builds relationships with Healthcare professionals in hospitals and community based organizations
- Ensures Intouch's visibility through sponsorships, trade shows and promotional events
- Develops and maintains communications links with internal and external clients
- Maintains current knowledge of governing laws and/or legislation that affects the delivery of services
- Maintains current knowledge of trends within care management and professional services
- Performs other related duties as required

**Type: Full Time 80 hours biweekly ( Shift Length may vary)**
