**What will you do?**:

- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering and referring inquiries.
- Provide efficient, courteous, and professional phone and reception service.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Log and distribute incoming couriers, prepare outbound couriers for pickup, sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain a clean reception waiting area.
- Translation of documentations (FR/ENG)
- Maintain office expense budget file.
- Scheduling appointments and meeting rooms.
- Maintain office directories and seating plan.
- Support office coordination, including managing, stocking, and organizing office supply inventory and kitchen supplies
- Assist event organization by ordering lunch, prepare conference room, and answer special requests
- Assist in onboarding new employees and welcome package.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to departments.
- Member of the social committee; propose ideas and organize office events.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Must be fluent in English and French if within the Montreal region.
- Strong organization & communication skills; verbal and written skills.
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills, with specific knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and Teams.
- Must be organized and have proven capabilities in multi-tasking and problem solving.
- Previous work experience in receptionist or administrative assistant role
