**Pay**:Competitive Compensation package
**Responsibilities**:
- Visits to multiple retail stores located in/around: Brantford, Burlington, Hamilton, Oakville, Brampton, Vaughan & St. Catharines. Other areas to be determined.
- Recruit and Onboard Patio sale staff (seasonal and permanent)
- Train patio personnel on how to provide courteous and friendly service to all customers; includes product knowledge, sales training and customer service commitment
- Train on all systems and proper procedures. Ie POS, ERP and sales targeting and lead nurturing
- Train and educate patio salespeople on how to complete customer orders in an accurate and efficient manner
- Review commission reports for patio team
- Direct and provide sales targets and growth for patio salespersons and the overall store location
- Handle high level customer service issues; support sales staff on all customer service issues based on company direction
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them
- Development and execution of sales training materials
- Setting and tracking sales goals and reporting results
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Understand competitive landscape and how to properly position the sales team and their approach
- Store presentation; ensuring correct merchandising and display of product in the retail stores - based on analytical reporting of successful items and slow movers reports
- Handling sales on the floor to support as needed
- Managing staff schedule and personally covering absences when needed
**Experience and Qualifications**:
- Management Experience (3+ years) required
- Sales Experience (3-5+ years) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field considered an asset
- Experience with CRM, ERP and Management Systems considered an asset

- Weekend availability **required, more so in season from April-September**
