Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling vehicles to potential customers and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. If you have a passion for sales and automobiles, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct outside sales activities, including prospecting and visiting potential customers
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with test drives, vehicle selection, and financing options
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Manage the sales pipeline by following up with leads and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Knowledge of the local market and current trends in the automotive industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
