**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
- Support dealership operations by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and objectives.
- Provide sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Maintain an organized workspace and keep track of inventory levels as needed.
- Communicate effectively with diverse clientele, utilizing bilingual or multilingual skills when applicable.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred, particularly in a dealership or retail environment.
- Strong math skills are essential for processing transactions and managing sales data.
- Familiarity with sales management tools and techniques is advantageous.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
