**Job Summary**:
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities through direct sales to existing customers and new customers. This position reports to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for the following:
- Develop new sales opportunities through direct sales to existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively prospecting new customers.
- Achieve maximum efficiency of business relationship by consistently working with Sales Manager to meet business objectives.
- Utilize CRM system to manage sales pipeline.
- Achieve maximum efficiency of business relationship by consistently working with Sales Manager to meet company goals.
- Strive for top performance in all team-oriented aspects of sales including customer development, cross-selling, and up-selling.
- Maintain strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently complete daily tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing sales and marketing.
**Job Duties**:
- Traveling to meet new and existing customers in person at their homes or offices.
- Prospecting for new customers through outbound calling, internet searches, social media postings, etc.
- Visiting prospective customers to discuss potential orders, product features and benefits.
- Providing detailed product information in exchange for an order or payment.
- Entering information into CRM system for purposes of tracking sales leads.
- Preparing documents and documents related to orders such as quotes, orders, contracts, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.
**Education & Experience**:Requirements**:Bachelor’s Degree in Business or another related field.** Minimum of 2 years’ experience in selling in a professional setting. **Must have excellent interpersonal skills.** Must have excellent verbal communication skills. **Must be able to deliver presentations effectively.** Must be able to work independently. **Must be able to work with little supervision.** Must be available weekends**.**

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
