**What will you do**
The position is divided into Sales and customer responsibilities
Sales Experience
❖ Drive revenue and lead the full cycle sales process including prospecting new leads, navigating business owners, negotiating contracts, and closing as-built measurement services.
❖ Nurture relationships with prospects to get recurring projects and referrals
❖ Provide recommendations based on a customers' business needs and usage patterns
❖ Provide an outstanding experience for prospects
❖ Maintain and update our CRM (Hubspot)
❖ Collaborate with our head of sales and our head of marketing to achieve sales targets.
Customer Experience
❖ Follow-up on the relationship with major accounts and execute the implementation of promotional strategies (advertising, special offers and others).
❖ Identify development and marketing opportunities in current and potential markets
(including English Canada).
❖ Coordinate with the DEI consultants on the progress of the mandates (client component).
**Requirements**:
❖ Fluency in English (written and spoken) and French (written and spoken)
❖ 3 to 5 years of experience in sales of SaaS in Startups
**Working conditions**:
- Salary to be discussed _(Please ignore the salary range posted on Indeed)_
- 40/60 salary/commission split
- 3 weeks of vacation
- Flexible Paid time off (PTO)

- Prime working location downtown in a tech Hub at HEC

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
