NAPA is looking for its new Regional Sales Manager (dedicated sales forces)_**

**In this key role, you will be accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of your DSF Sales Team at achieving annual Key Objectives, Sales Quota and in supporting the efforts of Field Operations**:
- Managing and motivating a specialized sales team in the achievement of Sales Quota and annual Key Objectives.
- Providing performance measurement, feedback, coaching, sales skills development and supervision to the Representatives and to Remote sales representatives
- Conducting key customer visits with the Sales representatives.
- Coordination of Representatives annual sales plan preparation, key jobber plans and personal key sales priorities through the analysis of available sales data.
- Work with Program Coordinator and Regional Marketing Coordinators to ensure effective deployment and execution by their Sales Team of National/Regional business building programs, promotions and product launches.
- In conjunction with Program Coordinator organize, track and provide regular product knowledge update training to their Sales Team.
- Coordinate and support regional activities including store openings, DC inventory and other special projects.

- University degree or College diploma, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales/sales management.
- Knowledge of after-market and retail business a must.
- **_ Available for travel (province of Quebec)_**:
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
