**Job description**

**Glenmore Custom Print & Packaging is one of the leading packaging & commercial printers in the Pacific Northwest. **We are looking for experienced **Sales and Business Development Managers **to further support our growth. This is primarily an on-site position with the requirement to travel within Canada and the US for business purposes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain professional rapport with clients and represent company standards at all times - using strong relationship management and consultative approaches
- Increase sales of existing accounts and secure prospective clients by making use of efficient and effective outreach strategies to develop leads and grow your network
- Build customer list of new and growing companies across various market sectors
- Prospect daily for new opportunities, building your Sales Pipeline
- Make Presentations & Pitches to prospects and clients alike - following up all open quotations and leads provided
- Work closely with customers to determine their requirements and make cost effective, innovative recommendations
- Maintain a CRM pipeline updated for daily activity and deals in various stages of Sales Funnel
- Attend Weekly Department Sales Meetings to share current market trends
- Provide and pass along technical support to clients related to their projects
- Understand and target markets, participate in Trade shows, and communicate with professional associates
- Build direct connections with B2B customers & potentially represent the company at other trade events
- Stay informed of market conditions, latest innovations, and understand your product and support options
- Focus on closing Sales, passing off all details of the job to assigned Project Manager
- Provide appropriate feedback to Management on client challenges, competitive business practices and other needed business activities
- Be available and connected to the company and the production staff while offsite
- Visit clients & promote regional business development; be willing to travel to different locations to Canada and the US for business purposes, as required

**Regular Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in sales, business development, or related field
- 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the print and packaging industry
- Strong active listening, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to act with good judgment and discretion
- Attention to detail and time-management skills
- Practical and creative problem-solver
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite
