Business Development Sales Associate

OSIM is expanding rapidly in the North America market. You will be working closely with the Business Development team & Marketing team to enhance our customer experience in our E-Commerce platform with the goal to generate revenue performance and will be required to travel to new territories across North America to understand the local market and meet new clientele when needed.
Kindly note, this is a Sales position and the main KPI will be based on revenue performance. It is not an Operation nor Marketing role.
**Working Location**
- Mostly working in our head office in Richmond, BC
- Occasionally travel across North America to attend tradeshows / roadshows when necessary. (2-week duration each travel)
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Generate new leads and identify qualified opportunities, providing appropriate levels of information and convert into sales.
- Conduct online product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase the benefits of products and close sales deals.
- Provide exceptional customer support, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Generate and submit regular sales reports, detailing progress, opportunities, and challenges to the Business Development Manager.
- Evaluate current customer touch points and continuously improve customer experience on our E-Commerce webstore.
- Utilize current customer database to generate revenue through upsell and cross sell.
- Attending roadshow event if required to understand latest customer behavior and derive e-commerce strategy to further improve customer journey in our brand.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven track record in online sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and objections effectively.
- Effective time management, multi-task, and organization skills.
- Team-oriented, reliable, driven, excellent work ethic and attention to details.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and travel within North America on occasion.
- Have the right to work in Canada and travel to USA
