Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with inbound leads rapidly and follow Plative’s qualification process to advance potential buyers through the sales process
- Develop and execute effective multichannel sequences using Apollo.io
- Schedule and conduct introductory meetings to qualify new business
- Achieve and exceed performance metrics including call connects, meetings booked, speed to lead, and new pipeline opportunities created
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and client interactions in Apollo and Salesforce
- Provide feedback to the team on market trends, competition, and client needs
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of experience in a high velocity outbound prospecting role, logging 50+ calls per day
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or NetSuite is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a remote environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about enterprise software and strong desire to develop into a full-cycle seller
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar outbound prospecting data tools
