**AAA Canada is a manufacturing company that has been providing subcontracting and technical assistance to industrialization, production and maintenance processes for about 15 years**

**We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.**

**A typical day?**
- Reporting to the Vice-president, Sales & Operations, the Director Key Accounts & Business Development of Transportation.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company's growth objectives.
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational customer relationship activities.
- Understand, analyse and predict the market trends to identify the target markets for business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to achieve the company’s results.
- Define, draft and set up business development strategies for all the company activities and set up suitable measures to update them.
- Responsible for the optimization of the clients and the company active partners potential.
- Participate in the response of clients’ needs and proactive in clients’ relationships and in the solutions to favour.
- Regularly proceed in the analysis of sales results, in close collaboration with operations to plan and anticipate results or gaps.
- Develop, accordingly with the Marketing Department, promotional material and necessary tools for sales strategy and support business development.
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas
- Represent the company during promotional activities (congress, exhibitions, job fairs, etc.).
- Ensure the relational part with clients/partners/suppliers according to the activities sector to be able to offer a distinctive service to the clients
- Work in compliance with the organisation philosophy and in accordance with AAA Canada politics and procedures as well as organisational strategies and objectives

**Qualifications**:

- B.A.A, Marketing, Engineering or any other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing strategic management.
- Deep knowledge of the transportation industry.
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
- Must have experience working in corporate/business focused environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM).
- Strong skills for business, innovation and markets analysis.
- Orientated on customer service and results.
- Ability to travel approximately 30% for customer site visits (Quebec and Maritimes)
- Bilingualism (French - English) in oral and written communication is an important asset for communication in the multilingual environment of the client site and technical documentation.
