Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Business Development - Prospect, Acquire, Retain Customers
Develop a portfolio of clients across the Lower Mainland
Solicit, negotiate and generate contracted revenue from prospects/clients that meet established criteria
Accurately prepare and present "requests for proposals and requests for bids"
Prospect for new business using a wide variety of methods including phone calls, social media selling, attending networking functions, internet research, existing relationships, etc
Properly communicate client's requirements and objectives during hand off to Operations Manager
Ensure repeat business by providing reminders of important dates/deliverables, following up after contract closure
Skills Required:
Ability to prospect for business employing existing relationships, traditional prospecting, social skills, etc.
Computer skills to include wood processing, spreadsheet, outlook
Excellent communication, presentation, organization, time management and listening skills
Ability to work remotely (dedicated office space, high speed internet, up to date computer)

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Outside sales: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
