The details:
Reports to the Director of Operations
Job duties:
- Outside sales while working closely with the Brewery team and Restaurant team.
- Create sales growth by maintaining existing accounts and opening new ones
- Manage and coordinate inventory with our Director of Operations
- Coordinate, execute and attend special events, promotions and festivals as needed
- Ensure thorough coverage of POS material at accounts, and provide additional sales support as needed
- Provide daily and weekly reporting on job activity as needed
- Relationship building
- Execute sales calls to on/off-premise accounts up to 40+ accounts per week
- Maximize the customer experience from Patina to consumer
- Embrace and communicate the Patina company culture
- Lay the foundation to streamline product placement in accounts
- Other related duties as required

Additional Responsibilities:
People
- Train distributor sales team on the product when applicable
- Train and educate wholesale accounts and staff about Patina
- Assist with expense reports
- Prepare reports for the leadership team
Sales
- Activate new accounts while maintaining and growing existing accounts
- Working with leadership, develop and implement sales strategy and targets
- Perform sales visits and meetings with accounts
- Organize and attend samplings, On-Premise Events, and Beer Festivals
- Manage and implement customer database (Customer Relation Management - CRM) within Enterprise Resource Planning - ERP or otherwise
- Provide communication support, data, and guidelines for Sales Team in the field
- Tailor sales strategies based on available data
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
Sales Marketing
- Attend ‘outside’ festivals (will be required to work some weekend festivals during busy season)
- Develop and ensure consistent, insight-driven brand messaging and communications targeting appropriate customer segments across all external touchpoints
- Develop new and maintain existing partnerships to establish the Patina culture in the community
- Partner with Marketing person for all ‘outside’ print ads, posters, digital/website ads, video, conceptual ideas, banners, tents, glassware, coasters and other relevant ‘outside’ branding items. Must remain in concert with the established brand identity and strategic goals & objectives.
- Foster great communication with the Board of Directors and other team members
- Participate in team discussions for strategic planning, new product ideas, ad ideas, and other creative endeavours as appropriate
Controls Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Coordinate sales orders
- Manage and oversee inventory transfers
- Utilize ERP reporting systems to track sales trends
- Quality control of ERP sales processes
- Develop and monitor KPIs
Schedule & Salary Expectations
- Fulltime or Parttime
- Weekend work is expected when necessary
- Annual Salary (flexible based on experience) + car allowance + benefits + commission

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
