**About the Position**
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your designated territory. You’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, and represent Natural Farmworks at trade shows and events. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about healthy, natural products.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets within your region.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including retail, wholesale, and specialty accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular sales visits to clients, providing exceptional customer service and product education.
- Represent Natural Farmworks at trade shows, events, and other industry functions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
- Manage and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage or health and wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for natural, healthy products and sustainability is a plus.
- Skilled in communication and presentations, especially in tradeshow/market settings.
- Proven success in sales, customer service, project management, and multitasking.
- Highly professional with a polished appearance and a strong reputation for dependability and expertise.
- Friendly, positive, and passionate about sustainable agriculture and local food.
- Experienced in fast-paced food industry environments.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds for booth setups/takedowns.
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
- A quick problem solver, adaptable in both team and independent settings.
- Flexible with scheduling and able to give and receive constructive feedback gracefully.
