**Administrator**

We are seeking a General Administrator with exceptional customer service and phone skills to join our team. As the General Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and handling incoming phone calls from clients and customers. We are currently looking to fill a full-time position in our Edmonton location. NextGen Automation includes a team of highly trained technical sales force as well as customer service team with strong product knowledge, technical aptitude, and a commitment to first-class customer service. You would be expected to work alongside a highly trained team to maintain a high level of customer service to our new and existing customer base.

**Daily responsibilities will include the following**:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for calling
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer
- Provide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customers
- Follow up on customer requests to ensure complete handling of customers inquiries
- Provide support for organization and staff members
- Ensuring data integrity in multiple databases by maintaining consistency and accuracy
- Accurately invoicing clients and customers for products and services
- Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customers and other internal departments

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Administrative Diploma would be an asset
- Professional and positive attitude
- Capacity to work as a part of a team of office employees in a busy environment
- Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions provided by Managers or other senior staff members
- Willingness to assist co-workers to resolve problems and learn how to follow company procedures
- Ability to manage and prioritize expectations

**Additional Skills that would be an asset would include**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly developed organization and time management skills
- Demonstrates strong attention to details while multitasking
- Self-Motivated with the ability to quickly evaluate alternatives
- Able to work successfully as both an individual contributor as well as in a team environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

**Salary**: $31,200.00-$52,000.00 per year
