**Administrative Assistant**

The Electrical Industry Training Centres of Alberta is seeking a motivated individual for a Training Administrator. This position requires an enthusiastic person with a passion for customer service, interpersonal skills and a keen sense of organization.

**Responsibilities** (including but not limited to)
- Answering Phones
- Data Entry
- Assisting Union Membership

**Key Skills**
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dependable
- Self motivated
- Organized

**Experience**
- Minimum of 1-2 years office experience
- Proficient in Office 365
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and SharePoint

Our office is located in South Edmonton.

- **Please note: This is a full time position for maternity leave coverage. Position length of time can vary from 14 - 20 months with a possibility of permanent employment to follow.**_
