Role Responsibilities

The Edmonton Prosecutions office is looking for a Administrative Coordinator. 

Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day reconciliation and maintenance of pay & benefits and financial administration, telecommunications and overall administrative support for Edmonton Prosecutions, which is comprised of approximately 100 Crown Prosecutors and 90 support staff.

Your Key responsibilities will include: 

Day to day reconciliation and maintenance of pay and benefits administration. Coordination of the financial transactions and records of the office. Acting as a reviewer for the Edmonton Prosecutions budget. Coordination of the supplies and services for the office. Maintaining the administrative records for all staff; and Providing support to the Manager in other various office administrative tasks.


As the ideal candidate you will possess:

3-5 years progressively responsible related experience Exceptional oral and written communication skills Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and deal with stress effectively. Highly developed problem-solving and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently, efficiently and prioritize multiple projects. Accounting aptitude
