**Human Resources Coordinator - Design Systems Canada**

Design Systems is a highly regarded multi-disciplined engineering company and engineering consulting firm. Value added service offerings include supply chain consulting, mechanical engineering consulting, manufacturing executions systems implementation, simulation engineering and project management services.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all recruitment and placement activates
- Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Administer Payroll & Group Benefit Plans
- Manage employee database
- Administer Service Canada programs (ROE)
- Administer WSIB programs and initiatives
- Administer Insurance Programs
- Maintain company policy and procedures
- Administer all compliance related training and education
- Administer the performance management program
- Provide employee relations support to employees
- Provide HR support and guidance to frontline supervisors
- Administer the Internet site
- Administer OH&S programs and related training requirements
- Manage employee filing, systems and related databases
- Perform admin tasks as required

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Ability to develop professional business relationships
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and collaborate within the team

The selected applicant will have an interest in supporting the finance department. Potential growth, learning opportunities and cross training will be provided.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
