Windsor, Canada Central Stampings Limited Full time

Job Description:

- Maintain the confidentiality of personal employee information, company information, records, and related issues in accordance with all the applicable laws.
- Payroll
- Administration of all employee transfers, leave of absence, change of status and change of employee information.
- Filing of documents pertaining to employee personnel files, medical files, and work compensation files.
- Overtime reports; input and posting.
- WSIB including completion of Form 7 & 9, follow-up, and inquiries to and from Board.
- Communication with employees about any issues, questions, and concerns. As well, as posting notice of all communication throughout the plant.
- Administration of all employee benefits, including: Health Insurance, RRSP/Pension, Vacation.
- Additional Duties as assigned.
- College Diploma (Human Resources Diploma)
- Strong Clerical and typing skills
- Experience working with computers
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Confidentiality kept in all aspects of the job
- Preferred experience working in:

- Human Resources/Health/Safety/Benefit Position and/or Education in same
