The Snow School Administrative Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with the admin team to create and manage daily and seasonal schedules, ensuring the accuracy of payroll and adjusting product inventories based on instructor availability. They will work in conjunction with department Managers, Assistant Managers and Supervisors to ensure that daily and seasonal schedules are manageable for staff, and in line with both departmental labour goals and employment standards. The Admin Coordinator will work with the supervisors to make sure staff are present, payroll is on time and accurate, and that all staff information is kept up to date.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Prepare and maintain daily and seasonal schedules according to budgets and business levels.
- Coordinate adjusting product inventories based on scheduled instructor availability.
- Troubleshoot salesand bookings ofSnow Schooland Programming.
- Keep up-to-date information onallSnow School and Programmingstaff.
- Coordinate pre-season communication with program participants.
- Support andhelptrain the Contact Centre andGuest Services teamswith regards to Snow Schooland Programming products.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Snow School experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Post-Secondary Business or Administration education is preferred.
- Experience with Snow School Management software systems including RTP and Flaik an asset.
- One to three years related administrative experience; payroll experience an asset.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail with regards to sales, booking and payroll entry, and schedule management.
