GFL Environmental is looking for an Operations/Project Coordinator to join our growing team. We are seeking an individual with experience in the Sewer & Watermain or construction industry. Working out of our Port Perry office, this individual will be extremely organized and possess excellent communication skills. GFL operates a fast-paced environment with various high-profile contracts running simultaneously. We offer a competitive compensation package, positive work environment, and potential for advancement. **This position will be working fully in office.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning & coordinating construction activities including crews and equipment.
- Create and organize project/contract information packages for Operations Team.
- Billing of completed work.
- Obtain pricing and perform scheduling of subcontractors
- Maintain and manage drawings, specifications, subcontract and related reports. Establish, monitor and initiate updates to, construction work lists and schedules.
- Maintain project management spreadsheets by entering daily units of completion.
- Review and confirm progress payment certificate quantities, final payment certificates and all extra work orders as per contract.
- Work with estimating and operations to ensure project scopes are monitored and updated.
- Work with the operations and field crews to ensure all videos, samples and deliverables are tracked and submitted to clients on time.

**Knowledge, Skills & Competencies**:

- 2-3 years experience in an Operations/Project Coordination or Project assistant role
- Experience with infrastructure related construction contracts
- Excellent experience with MS office suite.
- Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Work hours -8am-5pm with additional hours as required.
