Project Coordinator

Brymark Installations Group Inc. is a leading industrial general contracting company with a strong focus on piping, structural, and mechanical system installation for British Columbia's petrochemical, bulk material handling, power generation, mining, and pulp and paper industries.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various aspects of our construction projects, including data collection, timecard entry, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate data collection for Daily LEMs (Labour, Equipment, and Materials) and timecard entry system
  • Collaborate closely with site supervisors, project control personnel, and the PM from both the field and office
  • Prepare documents for weekly Brymark invoicing
  • Contribute and participate with the Project Controls team for client-facing reporting
  • Support project status reports, job cost tracking, and revenue reporting with the project controls team

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • EIT, Applied Science Technologist (AScT), or comparable trade experience
  • Construction experience with knowledge of Construction Field Operations and typical field construction paperwork
  • Accounting education and experience are an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Adaptable: capable of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, adjusting to different situations, and effectively managing multiple work assignments simultaneously
  • Independent & Self-Starter: able to work well with limited supervision and as part of a collaborative team
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach: motivated to achieve and meet daily, weekly, and monthly timelines
