We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Upper Canada Specialty Hardware Limited. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish and prioritize work tasks to ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • MS Excel and Google Drive proficiency.
