**HDP **Network Solutions Inc. is a telecommunications construction and material distribution company based out of Fergus Ontario. **HDP **specializes in turnkey FTTx fibre optic network deployments on behalf of our ISP partners while also supplying the required materials to construct these networks. **HDP **Network

Solutions Inc. is one of Canada’s premier telecommunications network design and build companies.

**Responsibilities**
- Update schedule databases based on daily activity and completed milestones
- Work with internal departments to track, log and manage all project related data
- Follow-up daily with project team members on project milestone due dates
- Create reports for management and submit as required
- Notify Manager of project risks and required dependencies
- Ensure timelines are in accordance with project schedules
- Drive excellence throughout the organization in relation to all departmental tasks
- Demonstrate a professional working relationship with employees, contractors and clients
- Perform other related duties as required
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment
- Adhere to and promote a safe working environment by ensuring all Health & Safety policies are strictly followed.

**Qualifications**
- Post secondary diploma in related field
- Experience with ADM is an asset
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow to ensure all deadlines are met, and work under pressure in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, understand and interpret stakeholder needs and identify solutions

**Minimum Education**
- Completion of post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
