**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope. The Project Coordinator will host departmental meetings to track the status of projects and identify any risks or changes in scope or timelines. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with managers and stakeholders.
- Identify areas of opportunity for efficiency improvements and share insights with leadership teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Prioritize projects, resources, and timelines in project management software with regular updates for transparency.
- Coordinate project activities and resources, including scheduling meetings, assigning tasks, and tracking action items.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, and work with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies.
- Support the preparation of project presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management for projects.
- Attend and participate in third party vendor meetings as required.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive project work environment.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 3 years of related experience managing projects.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience taking projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
