Coordinate all aspects of new employees processing and mobilizing to international projects; duties include; preparing employment offer letters and contracts, arranging employment medicals, criminal background checks, collecting and processing immigration documents and internal forms, and coordinating all aspects relating to travel
- Analyze feedback and processes to increase efficiency of mobilizations and improve service
to global projects and internal departments
- Maintain employee information in HR database
- Process work/business visas for new employees and office personnel travelling to site

- Collect, distribute, and file departmental incoming and outgoing correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reconcile expense reports, code and approve invoices and manage shared databases
- Responsible for the input of confidential employment information into the HRMS
- Research prepare and present information pertaining to tax, immigration and employment laws and regulations for new country entry
- Answer employee related inquiries

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Human Resources experience in International forum an asset
