**Nature and Scope**:
We are seeking a dedicated and mature **Full-Time Receptionist **for our Victoria office location who will contribute to our commitment to excellence in property development.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am -5:30 pm, with an hour for lunch.

**Duties (Include but not limited to)**:

- Exercise the highest level of good judgment and focus in the handling of confidential information on behalf of the Principal and other senior employees.
- Daily maintenance of the front desk/lobby area and first point of contact for office visitors/customers/potential clients/contractors.
- Answer telephones in a friendly and professional manner; direct calls as applicable.
- Set table and serve lunch (catered), complete associated cleanup after lunch.
- Scheduling meetings and conference calls as directed and requested.
- Scanning, filing, data entry, and compiling reports as directed and requested.
- Assist in the ordering of office supplies, groceries, printing jobs, and catering orders, including the ability to lift and carry boxes up to 5 Kg.
- Assist in meeting preparation and setup.
- Assist in the preparation of correspondence, agendas, and other documents as directed and requested.
- Assist in team projects and special events as required.
- Prepare packages and coordinate courier service.
- Other duties related to operations and administrative tasks as required.

**Required skills**:

- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal communication skills and superior client service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an excellent command of the English language.
- Have excellent organizational skills with proven attention to detail.
- Resourcefulness and exceptional time management skills.
- Strong understanding of, and significant experience with, Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Excellent typing skills.
- Technological expertise to perform tasks such as electronic filing, directory management, telephone system management, password protection, document formatting, etc.
- Strong multitasking skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Data entry experience an asset.
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience an asset.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
