Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health globally, tackling mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, testicular cancer.

**About the role**

As the Partnership Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through new business development. This role will support the year-round development efforts of Movember Canada by:

- Researching, and identifying new revenue growth and diversification opportunities
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective supporters
- Securing new revenue through partnership and/or workplace engagement opportunities

This role is being offered as a full-time, permanent role. You will have the opportunity to work flexibly, blending your time between home and our Toronto office.

**You’ll have the opportunity to**
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads for brand partnerships and workplace fundraising.
- Develop and deliver tailored proposals for prospects interested in partnering with Movember.
- Achieve revenue targets set for the Partnerships team as part of the annual planning process.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings presenting opportunities for potential corporate accounts.
- Manage and action against inbound communications related to corporate support year-round.
- Network and represent Movember where required for new corporate development opportunities.
- Transition secured accounts to Account Managers on the local Partnerships or Development team.
- Work with internal teams locally and globally to aid in development of pitch materials, case studies, and other pieces of collateral as needed to service business development initiatives.

**For this role, you’ll need**
- 3+ years’ experience in a partnership and/or sponsorship role with revenue generation accountabilities
- Has a proven track record of business development and securing national partnerships in either the charity or the commercial sector
- Has led research activities to identify business opportunities, conduct due diligence, and develop plans and strategies for new alliances
- Experience with developing and delivering tailored business proposals to varied levels of stakeholders
- Familiarity with aspects of corporate fundraising including sponsorship, licensing, CRM and employee engagement
- Highly developed organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple leads concurrently
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment
- A genuine passion for men’s health and our cause areas

**Bonus points for**
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- Experience working for a global brand and/or a matrix style organisation
- Additional language skills desirable (French)
