As Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for setting the Partnerships strategy internally while executing with brand partners externally. You should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable operating as a senior team of one with a strategic focus on reaching new audiences with Feeld's story, ultimately growing app installs.

To be right for this role, you should have 8+ years of experience most recently focusing on Partnerships, Business Development, or a similar field.

**What you will do**:

- Develop feeld's partnerships strategy, treating all partnerships as a growth opportunity reach new audiences with our brand story and track direct business impact
- Create, maintain, and regularly stack rank a list of potential partners according to strategic criteria for success
- Act as the internal and external voice for the partnerships function, building bridges with key stakeholders to facilitate strong communication and execution
- Facilitate partnerships that drive engagement and acquisition of new users
- Report quarterly results

**About you**:

- 8+ years of experience most recently focusing on Partnerships, Business Development, or a similar field
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and virtual presentation
- Experience building consumer-driven brands, bonus points for mission-driven brands
- You have a proven track record of successfully handling complex partnerships
- Naturally creative thinker with a penchant for organization and project management
- Proactive, an initiative taker
- Deep interest in and curiosity about the evolution and future of sexuality, identity, relationships and culture
