Whether their disability is physical, the result of brain injury, or aging, our more than 2,000 team members assist clients in their homes and across communities, to live as independently as possible.

**The opportunity**

We are currently looking to fill 1 Permanent Full-Time Office Administrator.

**Day in life**
- Provide administrative support to the program management team
- Assist with the preparation, submission and filing of confidential documents and internal recording systems for employee vacation and sick time records
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Update and maintain program manuals and other organizational manuals as appropriate
- Organize and prepare for meetings/presentations, including attending and taking/preparing minutes as required
- Maintain and assist with continuous improvement of data collection systems to support the program
- Enter and manipulate data on CRM, ERP, Excel, Quatro database spreadsheets
- Coordination of training and travel arrangements
- Perform general office administrative duties such as inventory maintenance for office supplies and assist with routine maintenance functions for office equipment

**Waht we are looking for**
- Minimum Grade 12. Business / Accounting College Diploma preferred
- Minimum 3 years related administrative experience
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems including ISO
- Experience/aptitude for designing forms in a creative and technically sound manner
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Ability to function in an organized manner
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Ability to take verbal and written direction and follow through to complete assigned tasks
- Flexibility to changing demands of the job
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of grammar and accuracy with numbers (attention to detail)
- Possess a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
