**Job Summary**
Stayfit Physio & Spinal Decompression Centre is urgently looking for an Office administrator to join our team.
Here, at Stayfit Physio & Spinal Decompression Centre, we are a multidisciplinary clinic with team comprised of Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Massage Therapist, Osteopath and Acupuncturist.
**Job Description**:
- Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them in person
- Patient/client scheduling, payments, invoices, billing, maintaining accounts receivables, maintaining inventory
- Preparing files, documentation, filing, paperwork for all practitioners
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of office space
- Any other tasks pertaining to the day to day operations of the clinic
- Regular billing and communication with WSIB, auto insurance companies, EHC insurance companies

- A positive attitude, dependability and reliability
- Excellent organizational, time management and decision making skills
- Attention to details, thinking ahead, diligence, planning skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and multi tasking
- Ability to learn fast
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language

Required education and experience
- Experience or certification as an Office administrator
Asset
- Preferred experience in a Physiotherapy clinic dealing with WSIB, MVA, EHC insurances.
Start Date
- ASAP
Salary
- $17.50-$19.50/hour
- based on experience.

Pay: $17.50-$19.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
