In the role of **Office Administration and Business Support Coordinator**, you will be the anchor of our office, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on office management, with a secondary role in supporting our sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Office Management**: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, and ensure a tidy and efficient workspace.
- **Administrative Excellence**: Handle CRM and scheduling, maintain records, and manage both digital and physical filing systems.
- **Operational Support**: Be the operational heartbeat of our team, assisting the CEO and staff with various tasks.
- **Sales Support**: While your focus is administration, assist with client communication and lead nurturing as needed.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
