We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team and support the Office Manager in delivering effective HR services across our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Support Office Manager**: Assist the Office Manager with various HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
- **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Help manage employee relations issues and foster a supportive work environment.
- **HR Administration**: Maintain accurate employee records, handle HR documentation, and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- **Performance Management**: Assist in the performance review process, provide support for performance management activities, and help address performance-related issues.
- **Training and Development**: Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs. Support the development and tracking of employee training plans.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Help administer employee benefits programs, address compensation-related questions, and assist with compensation analysis as needed.
- **Compliance and Policy Management**: Ensure company practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations. Support policy updates and communicate changes to employees.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of HR experience in an administrator role, ideally within a manufacturing or multi-site organization.
- **Education**: Higher Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
