We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Wholesale Warehouse Ltd. This is a full-time permanent position that offers an attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HR activities, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As an HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for employees and external parties, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee daily HR operations, including payroll administration, benefits management, and employee onboarding.
  • Supervise and train office staff, volunteers, and other workers to ensure they meet their job requirements and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to track employee information, performance, and training needs.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, responding to queries, and preparing correspondence and presentations as required.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data and statistics to inform HR decisions, identify trends, and improve processes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field (Secondary school graduation certificate with relevant experience considered).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role, preferably in a wholesale/retail environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software, databases, and systems.
  • Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CHRP an asset.
