We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Wholesale Warehouse Ltd. This is a full-time permanent position that offers an attractive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HR activities, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As an HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for employees and external parties, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and oversee daily HR operations, including payroll administration, benefits management, and employee onboarding.
- Supervise and train office staff, volunteers, and other workers to ensure they meet their job requirements and company standards.
- Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to track employee information, performance, and training needs.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, responding to queries, and preparing correspondence and presentations as required.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for employees and visitors.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze data and statistics to inform HR decisions, identify trends, and improve processes.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field (Secondary school graduation certificate with relevant experience considered).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role, preferably in a wholesale/retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with HR software, databases, and systems.
- Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CHRP an asset.
- A competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
