We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Nisku team We are looking for an energetic individual who is capable of administrative procedures. The Administrative Assistant will be essential to creating a great first impression for our visitors.

**What will you bring?**
- Prior administrative experience is an asset.
- A positive, friendly, professional, and willing to learn attitude.
- Ability to communicate (verbal or written) effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with SharePoint is desired.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow-up with and meet deadlines.
- Enjoys a team environment yet able to function independently to take on a variety of tasks.

**What will you do?**
- Greet clients in a friendly, welcoming, and professional manner.
- Answer a multi-line switchboard and direct incoming calls to appropriate team members. As well, review the daily On-call Schedule and forward calls to the appropriate person.
- Assemble interoffice courier packages. Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Managing contractors - maintenance appointments.
- Support with various event planning, logistics, vendor payments, and administration.
- Provide and/or coordinate the various administrative services including telecommunications, directory updates, maintain inventory and order office supplies, corporate procurement card transactions, setting up new vendors, etc.
- Provide direct support to the management team through responding to correspondence and inquiries.
