About the Role:This is a full-time, permanent position with a 30-35 hour workweek. As a Truss Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and performing various clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Client Interaction: Greet clients, direct them to contacts or service areas, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Clerical Tasks: Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as calculating billing charges.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train; previous experience in an administrative role is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
