A rapidly growing company is actively seeking to hire multiple administrative assistance, for both entry-level and experienced job-seekers. We value your motivation and enthusiasm as we do the experience, hence the selection will be based on multiple factors.

The duties of an Administrative Assistant include, but are not limited to:
Receiving incoming phone calls from our clients and partners Making outbound calls responding to previously received inquiries Recording all data on the above-mentioned interactions in a spreadsheet Planning meetings and scheduling appointments with clients and also other employees of the company Office maintenance, purchasing supplies, etc Other duties as assigned by the management

Required Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma. Advanced software skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, scheduling/calendar software. Excellent communication written and oral skills. Ability to analyze data. Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. Ability to produce accurate documents and reports. Ability to work in complex administrative systems. Ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
