**Position Title**: Accounts Recievable Representative

**Status**:Permanent Full-Time

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week

**Faculty/Department**:Financial Services & Planning

**Campus/Location**: North Campus but currently in a hybrid arrangement

**Salary**:FT Support Staff Payband E ($28.78 - $33.37)

**Education**

Minimum 2 year diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Customer Service or equivalent

**Experience/Skills**:

- Minimum of two (2) years of practical experience in an automated and integrated accounting environment with experience with collections and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting functions. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills, as well as proven organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to meet conflicting deadlines and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with consistent attention to detail and proven experience in dealing with difficult customers or situations.
