We have an new opening for a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow our market and to provide superior service to new and existing customers. **JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Business Development Manager plans, evaluates and secures sales on a specified territory. This role is to deliver the best client experience throughout knowledge, relationships, and expertise in is field of duty.

**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITES**

**New Business Acquisition ;**
- Identify and engage potential clients.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities that can generate leads.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for Seccan
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and business pitches to potential clients.
- Build and nurture new relationships through effective networking and cold calling.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business deals.
- Collaborate with KAM and the Inside Sales team to convert leads into customers.

**Business Development Strategy and relationships**
- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with Seccan’s goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the market and propose action plans to capitalize on them.
- Gather information’s and feedback from key clients to drive products and service improvements.
- Act as trusted advisor to clients and maintain a trustworthy relationship.
- Regularly communicate with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and concerns.

**Collaboration and Reporting**
- Collaborate with our internal teams to develop customized solutions to key clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, pipeline progress and key metrics.

Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand network and to stay updated.

**REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTITUDE**
- Undergraduate degree or experience in the industry
- Minimum of ten years of experience on our sales industry
- Well-developed negotiations and customer service skills
- High degree of autonomy and self organization
- Very comfortable with travelling
- Basic computer proficiency is required
- Dependable and reliable

**Conditions**
- Travel is frequent
- Base salary + Comission
- Company car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
