We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Sales Manager to join our team in Burnaby, BC. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering a professional work environment.

Job Summary:

The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sales targets. This role requires a proven track record in sales leadership, industry expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including branch managers and supervisors
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of HVAC-R products, applications, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to promote and advertise campaigns
  • Work with the Branch Manager to plan and deliver employee engagement, communication, and training initiatives
  • Seek out new business opportunities and recommend them to executive management

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the HVAC industry
  • Strong industry knowledge, product expertise, and sales acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and performance bonuses.
