**Customer Service / Administrative Representative**

**About the Role**

Our Customer service is what we are known for. The Customer Service / Administrative Representative will be a support person assisting all departments by completing administrative tasks and by channeling both internal & external communications. The new team member in this role will interact with all stakeholders including supporting our internal team, our show managers, and end users attending the events. The person taking on this role will manage large amounts of information, and be customer focused. You will be responsible for;
- Providing administrative support for all departments
- Packing and shipping items for events & shows when required
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records using the appropriate system or database
- Assisting on-site at events when needed
- Assisting with office administration duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining logs, assisting coordinators with project tracking documentation

**The following skills & attributes will encourage success on this team**:

- Strong in Google suite of apps
- Excellent keyboard skills with the ability to type 35+ words per minute accurately and efficiently
- Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal
- French Language capability is an asset
- Demonstrable attention to detail
- Focused and attentive when faced with multiple demands
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role
- You enjoy variety in your work environment
- You are both a collaborative team player and able to work independently and know when to choose which of those paths to use
- You are comfortable with long work days while working on a project
- This position requires flexibility in scheduling to meet demands of the business during the year

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$44,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Class G Driving License including access to a vehicle? (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
