This role will provide general support to our programs, including administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and front desk duties.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Provide meeting and minute support during periods of vacancy or vacation backfill
- Perform front desk duties, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Support the leadership team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and coordinating events
- Report any problems or concerns to the Program Directors
- Must be actively enrolled in post-secondary education
- Previous experience in administrative or customer service support required
- Candidates from the North West Toronto community are especially encouraged to apply
- Intermediate/proficient computer skills - Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to multitask competing priorities
We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Temporary Full-time Summer Student, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and develop your skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
