The Role: Administrative Assistant - Full-Time/Remote Position (Work from Home)

Reports To: Senior Operations Manager

Full-Time/Remote Position (Work from Home)

**Role Description**

If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

**Duties Include**:

- Prepare digital paperwork, and keep client records and databases up to date.
- Coordinating daily financial tasks with the management team to optimize workflow. This includes but not limited to banking setups, investor payments, mortgage renewals and payments.
- Review client accounts, manage client inquiries, book meetings, and prepare documentation, including preparation of discharge statements, mortgage NSF payment follow ups and ongoing auditing of mortgage files and ensure practice activity meets top compliance and audit standards.

**Role Requirements**:

- Completion of post-secondary education in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce and or related field.
- A minimum of **3-5 year’s experience in an administrative support role**, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Highly proficient with MS Office (MS Excel in particular) pivot tables are considered an asset
- A commitment to collaborate, communicate, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- High standard of excellence, accuracy and consistency, personal integrity, and accountability.
- **Knowledge of Mortgage Investment Corporations, Mortgages, Registered Plans (financial services industry background)**:

- Strong organizational skills to respond promptly and react to issues appropriately within given time constraints;
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing interests
- Team oriented, courteous and professional
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- **Located close to Cambridge/Mississauga area for training as required**
