**The impact you will have**:
The Coordinator, People and Culture actively participates in the development and implementation of key HR programs, including recruitment, recognition, and wellness. They also support the effective administration of core HR processes and systems. This role helps to support and engage exceptional employees to ensure a great experience at MS Canada, as we work together towards a world free of MS.

**Key Areas of Impact**:

- Assists in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR programs, processes, systems and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Supports full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Provides effective guidance and support to employees by addressing questions and concerns in a timely, compassionate, and compliant manner.
- Ensures a positive experience throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, recognition, and professional development.
- Has 1-3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Contributes to an environment in which everyone feels valued, a sense of belonging and empowered to participate freely.
- Thinking beyond the confines of traditional ways of doing things to recognize opportunities and find new and better approaches.
- Has proven planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Has outstanding written and verbal communication; must be a clear and concise communicator.
- Has proficient knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suite that includes Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Can work both independently and as part of a team.
