Project Manager, People & Culture (12-Month Contract)

As a P&C Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and governing the global ethics hotline and program. This role will also serve as the project lead responsible for managing the P&C policy review project and support other projects as required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Global Ethics Hotline & Program

Oversee Four Seasons’ global ethics hotline and ensure effectiveness of the program. Manage the intake, triage and escalation process and assign complaints to lead reviewers. Ensure appropriate subject matter experts are engaged in the investigation which are completed timely, thoroughly, and consistently, while ensuring cases are appropriately closed and actioned. Prepare regular reports on ethics hotline activity and trends for Senior Leaders and the Board of Directors. Develop quarterly insights reports to monitor and identify patterns of concern globally and regionally to proactively address emerging risks. Evolve and develop tools and resources to support P&C leaders thoroughly manage cases and promote ethical behavior and compliance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including P&C, legal and internal audit to ensure a coordinated approach to ethics and compliance. Serve as a trusted advisor to management on ethical issues and concerns, providing guidance and recommendations.

Global People & Culture (P&C) Policy and Procedure Transformation Project

Sit on the steering committee responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of a new enterprise-wide policy management portal. Oversee the comprehensive review and transformation of P&C policies for corporate offices and properties. Maintain the project plan, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements ensuring progress is made. Partner with cross-functional P&C stakeholders (COEs) to evaluate, update, and implement P&C policies that align with a global / regional approach. Work with COEs to develop and implement a change management communication / training plan where there are notable policy changes.

Support with other project work as required.

What You Bring:

Experience conducting investigations and handling sensitive issues with discretion and integrity. Prior human resources business partner work experience is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong understanding of managing employee relations. Understanding of global ethics and compliance principles.

Sound judgement: Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, planning and time management abilities. High ethical standards and a commitment to promoting integrity within the organization.

This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
